These terms and conditions contain the provisions in the contractual relationship entered into between you (the “Customer”), and us (“Candylicious” or “we”) which you agree to be binding and enforceable at the time you submit an order through the website at candyliciousshoponline.com to purchase the products. By placing such orders with us, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Candylicious reserve the rights to add, vary or amend any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to the Customer. It shall revise such Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to the Customer. Candylicious reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Online Store service with or without notice at any time.

 

Registration

You may need to create a registered account profile to use some of the services of features made available to you on the website. You are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, and complete in all respects upon registration.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Candylicious immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Candylicious will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

Eligibility Conditions for Online Shopping

Candylicious reserves the right to decline any orders from Customers.

You are required to provide your full personal information upon making an order. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

You must be in possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to Candylicious, and you authorize Candylicious to process a charge or charges on your credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the products which you purchase.

By making an offer to purchase the products, you expressly authorize us to transmit or to obtain your credit card information or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties solely to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit authorization and/or to authorize individual purchase transactions.

You agree that we may use your personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Submission and Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved any may be purchased by other customers.

You may place an order through the website by clicking on the “Submit Order” button. Shortly after the order is successfully submitted, an email will be sent to you at the email address provided registration or on submission of your order. This email confirms the details of your order. If you do not receive an acknowledgement email from Candylicious within two working days, please contact us at info@shoppingbag.com.sg

You may not make any changes after submitting your order. Please contact us at info@shoppingbag.com.sg if there is any changes you would like to make which is subjected to Candylicious’ approval.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out without these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion, and we will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our refusal to process a transaction.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the processing of your order by Candylicious, and a notification email including an invoice for your order will be sent to you at that point. You warrant and confirm that you are the person to whom the credit/debit card used is issued to and whose name appears on the credit card. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment to Candylicious, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email as soon as practicable.

Sometimes, an item is out of stock and is not expected to come back in stock; as such we may have to cancel the item. In this case, if payment has been made by a credit/debit card, we will not charge you for the item or any duty, taxes, shipping or handling charges related to that item.

We take reasonable care to make our Website secure. Candylicious will NOT store your credit/debit card details on our systems. Please do not send any payment information via email as Candylicious does not guarantee the security of data sent by email.

 

Pricing

Product prices are shown on the website and will be charged to you with applicable duties and taxes.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season. These prices are subject to change before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in SGD Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

Promotions

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code, or offers unless expressly stated, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

 

Product Availability / Description of Products

Products featured on the website have been carefully selected for the online store only. Once a Product is sold out, it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again.

The prices advertised on the website are for the online store only. As such, prices for some products may differ from those available for sale at Candylicious retail stores.

Candylicious has taken care to ensure that the product illustrations, colours and information are as accurate as possible, but photograph and images that are shown on the website are only representations and the actual products that are delivered to the customer may vary accordingly. In relation to product colours, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

 

Insurance and Delivery

A minimum order of S$30 is required for purchase. 

FREE SHIPPING TO SINGAPORE ON ORDERS OVER S$99. 

Candylicious insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

We limit shipping to only destinations in the country you can select on our website. Please note that not all products are available for shipment to all countries as such the selection of products available for online shopping may differ depending on the country selection.

We are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within a specific time frame; however in most cases please allow 3 to 4 workings days for delivery within Singapore. International order will take up to 7 to 14 working days. There may also be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods. Candylicious is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance processes.

Delivery charges will be reflected in your shopping bag at the point of checkout.

Candylicious has used best efforts to ensure that where certain countries impose shipping restrictions on certain Products, Products falling under those restrictions will not be offered for sale when that particular country is selected. However, Candylicious will not be responsible in the event any purchase is detained or declined at customs due to any reason including shipping restrictions which we may not be aware of. Candylicious will not be responsible in the event any purchase is required to pay taxes or any form of additional payment requested by the customs in any particular country. 

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

Candylicious does not accept or process exchanges/refund.

Candylicious guarantees that all products are in good condition upon shipping and are not liable to any damages caused during shipment.

Termination of Registered Account

You have the right to terminate and close your registered account at any time. You will be responsible to inform Candylicious about the decision and should you wish to stop receiving any updates from Candylicious, you need to unsubscribe to Candylicious newsletters sent by email or home address.

Candylicious reserve the right to keep your personal data collected for future reference after the closure of your account.
